Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Just Corporation (Pty) Ltd when you use Just ERP, whether as a company, a person given access to a company, or an accountant listed in the directory. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Effective 12/10/2026 · Version 1.0

01The parties and the agreement

These terms are a contract between Just Corporation (Pty) Ltd (“Just ERP”, “we”) and the organisation that opens an account (“you”). The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to bind that organisation. Each company you add to your organisation is covered by the same agreement. Sections 9 and 10 add terms that apply to accountants listed in the directory. If you are a consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, nothing here removes rights that Act gives you.

02The service

Just ERP is cloud accounting, sales, supply and payroll software for South African businesses. It records what you enter and produces ledgers, statements, tax invoices, VAT201 drafts, payslips, tax certificates and reports from it. We provide the software, hosting, security and support described on this website.

Just ERP is not an accountant, auditor, tax practitioner or financial adviser. The VAT201 draft, the payroll figures, provisions and statements are calculations from your data; you, or your accountant, remain responsible for reviewing them and for what you file with SARS and lodge with CIPC.

03Accounts and access

You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You decide who gets access to each company and which areas they may see; you are responsible for what those people do. Keep credentials private; every sign-in passes a second step by emailed code, and you should protect the email account it goes to. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is compromised or is being used in breach of these terms, and will tell you why as soon as we can.

04Fees and payment

The fee is R450 per company per month, excluding VAT, less R50 for any company that has a verified accountant as an active member marked as its accountant on the billing date, once per company. 3 seats are included in each organisation; the price of further seats will be published before any is charged. A verified accountant’s own organisation is discounted by 10% from 2 paying client organisations, 30% from 5, 50% from 10, worked out on each billing date; trials and lapsed subscriptions do not count. Registering and listing as an accountant are free. Every new organisation has a 30-day free trial; we do not take a card until you add one, and the first payment ends the trial. You choose which companies are on the monthly bill; a company left off is paused at the end of the period paid for, and nothing in it is lost. Fees are billed monthly by card, in advance, on the billing day, and are not refundable for part months; a company added mid-month is covered free to the month’s end. We may change fees with 60 days’ notice by email. If a payment fails we retry each night and email you; everything keeps working for fourteen days before access is restricted.

05Your data

You own everything you put into Just ERP and everything it produces from it. You grant us a licence to host, process and back it up so that we can provide the service, and nothing more. You confirm you have the right to enter third-party information, such as your customers’ and employees’ details, and that you comply with POPIA when you do. We act as your operator for that information on the terms in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. An owner can export everything the organisation holds at any time, and documents as PDF. When an organisation closes, contact details are removed at once and the financial records are kept, unchanged, for the five years the Companies Act and Tax Administration Act require, then deleted.

06Acceptable use

You may not use Just ERP to break the law, to issue invoices or documents that are false or misleading, to launder money or evade tax, to send unsolicited messages, to attack or probe the service, to resell it, or to reverse-engineer it. You may not upload malicious code or anyone else’s confidential information without their permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.

07Availability, support and changes

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability outside scheduled maintenance, which we announce at least 48 hours in advance and schedule outside South African business hours. Support is by email on working days. We improve the service continuously and may add, change or retire features; if we retire something material we give 60 days’ notice and a way to export affected data.

08Security and our responsibilities

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce access per company and per area at the database, keep an immutable audit trail, back up with point-in-time recovery, and follow the security measures described in our Privacy Policy. We will notify you without undue delay of any breach affecting your data. We will not access your books except in a support session you can see and end, to investigate abuse, or where the law requires.

09Accountants: listing and conduct

An accountant or bookkeeper may register and publish a profile in the directory. You confirm that your professional body registration and membership number are accurate and current, and you authorise us to verify them. The verified badge means we have checked your membership number against your professional body’s register; it is not an endorsement of your professional work, and it is set aside if your name, body or number changes until we check again. You must keep your listing honest, respond to intro requests within a reasonable time, hold the professional indemnity cover your body requires, and treat client data under POPIA and your professional rules. We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, that attracts substantiated complaints, or where the professional registration lapses.

10Accountants: your relationship with clients

Just ERP introduces companies and accountants; we are not party to the engagement between you. Fees, scope, engagement letters and liability for professional work are between the accountant and the company. A company grants and revokes an accountant’s access itself, and that access is logged. We do not take a referral fee. The R50 off a company and the tier discount on the accountant’s own organisation are discounts from us, not payments between you.

11Intellectual property

We own Just ERP, its code, design, documentation and trade marks. You own your data. Suggestions you give us about the product may be used without obligation. You may use our name and logo only to say that you use or are listed on Just ERP, in the form we provide.

12Warranties and liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we do not warrant that it is error-free or that calculations will suit your particular circumstances. We are not liable for penalties, interest or assessments arising from filings you make, for loss of profit, or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it to be limited.

13Term and termination

The agreement runs month to month. An owner may close the organisation at any time from Settings; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice, or immediately for conduct under section 6. On termination section 5 and the Privacy Policy’s retention section govern your data. Sections 5, 11, 12 and 14 survive.

14General

South African law governs this agreement and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. Before litigating, either party may ask for mediation in Pretoria. If any clause is unenforceable the rest stands. Notices go to the email on your account and to legal@just-queue.co.za. We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. This document and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement.
